Nick Dagan Best, (NCGR-PAA III)
In March 1995, after a spur-of-the-moment decision to outdo the enthusiasts in his circle by reading an astrology book, Nick Dagan Best found his skepticism transformed into passion, leading him to professional astrology. With an innate fascination for chronology and an exceptional memory for dates, he delved into astrology's calendrical intricacies, captivated by its encoding of unique moments in time. In time these talents would earn him the nickname "The Human Ephemeris". He pursued formal studies under various teachers through the New York City chapter of the NCGR, earning three certifications by 1999. That year, he attended his first Project Hindsight conclave, studying Albert Einstein's life through ancient astrological texts. His professional journey began in November 2000 with pop astrology articles for stariq.com, followed by a shift to consulting for Astrolivelink in Great Britain, refining his chart interpretation skills over seven years of phone readings. His expertise has taken him to numerous global astrology conferences and as a featured speaker in North America and South Africa. He is an internationally recognized expert on Venus and Mars synodic cycles.
Patrick Watson, (ISAR-CAP, NCGR-PAA I)
Patrick Watson was born in High Wycombe, UK, on October 23rd 1987 at 1:06 am. He first began his studies in astrology at 15 years old. At 17, he was mentored by astrologers Nick Dagan Best and Chris Brennan and introduced to Hellenistic astrology at Project Hindsight in 2006. In his 20’s he blogged about astrology and politics as he earned his BA in Music from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He began working as a music teacher and part-time astrologer in 2014 and started as a full-time astrologer in 2018, offering natal, electional, horary, rectification and tutoring services, as well as spreadsheet calculators, birth chart reports and courses. He is known for his humorous astrological articles, videos and memes. He has been featured on the Astrology Podcast, ABC News, Fox News, the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post. His research interests include Hellenistic timelord systems, synodic cycles, election prediction, financial astrology and astrological applications of AI and VR. He is an AstroDataBank editor, a member of AYA, NCGR, ISAR and in 2023 began serving as President of CAPISAR. He lives happily in Michigan with his wife and three children.
